Lady rider
A Lady Rider on her mount. Made in beech wood. Hand cut at my trusty scrollsaw, shaped on the sander and the edges sanded smooth by hand.
I use only water based child friendly stains and paints.
The Lady and her horse are on a scale of about 4inches = 6foot, the horse measures 5 and 1/2 inches from tip of the tail to nose and is 3 and 1/2 inches tall at the shoulder.
Certified for health and safety by the standards en-71 not suitable to children under 36 months.
This is one of my most 'Ornament' pieces but it is also a great toy for children who play a less rough brand of pretend games...
All my toys and ornaments are from my original drawings. Handmade in Ireland by me.
